Rental Rates:

To reserve your date:  $350 refundable deposit (not included in rental price) + signed contract.  This security deposit will be refunded 10 days after the event per Facility Use Agreement.  NOTE: Security deposit for wedding package as described below is $500.

6-hour rental:  $600 (includes time for set-up / decorating, event, and teardown)

  • This is the minimum rental for parties and events. Subject to availability, the set-up and décor can be done the day before.  Example: 2 hours decorating (day before or morning of event); 1-hour pre-party host arrival to set out food; 3 hour event and clean-up

  • Additional hours:$100/hour


Wedding package:

  • Ceremony & Reception: $2000 (15 hours over two days)

    • Example: Friday – 5 hours decorating; 2 hours for rehearsal; Saturday – 3 hours pre-wedding arrival for dressing, catering set-up, etc.; 4 hours for wedding and reception; 1 hour clean-up / teardown.

  • Reception only:  $1000 (10 hours over two days)

    • Example: Friday – 4 hours decorating; Saturday – 1 hour pre-party arrival for catering set-up; 4 hours for reception; 1 hour clean-up / teardown.


Additional fees for events with alcohol (TABC bartender + event security required)


  • Fees for TABC bartender and event security will be added to the quote, based on number of guests and length of party. These fees are for serving wine and beer only.  Any liquor/mixed drinks served will incur additional bartender fees and require the User to obtain additional Event liability insurance at approx. $200.  These fees do not include cost of alcohol.  No alcohol may be SOLD at any event because Archer County is dry.


Additional fee for dry ice (for fog machine - dance on a cloud):  $50 per use


Included in Rental Price:

  • Audio/Visual equipment including sound system, microphones, projector, and computer equipment to play music or video / slideshow presentations  (DJ or Band can connect directly to our system without extra speakers)

  • Lighting effects, smoke machines, projection graphics

  • Décor planning assistance; custom Powerpoint template for slideshow; custom welcome graphic for outdoor digital sign

  • 8’x10’ pipe frame for your decoration as photo backdrop; use of our selection of décor items such as vases, LED candles, fairy lights, trees, and more

  • Use of kitchen and appliances for catering set-up.User to furnish all dishes and serving pieces.

  • Up to 100 padded fabric chairs (20” seat)

  • Up to 24 rectangular seminar tables (18” x 96”) These tables may be used as banquet tables when placed back to back (36” x 96”) (total 12 tables)

  • Up to 10 round cocktail tables (30” diameter) standard height or hi-boy

  • Up to 4 standard folding rectangular tables (30” x 72”)

Approximate Capacity:

  • Classroom style:  72 people using Venue 79 furnishings;  additional 28 chairs available for seating behind the tables.

  • Theater / Auditorium style:  100 people using Venue 79 chairs.  Space for approximately 200 people with 18” chairs.*

  • Banquet style:  96 people using Venue 79 furnishings;  Space for approximately 150-175 people with rented round tables and chairs.*



*Any furnishings not currently owned by Venue 79 must be provided by User or rented directly by User from a party rental company.  Budgetary rental estimate for 175 people seated at 72” round tables, standard folding chairs, and basic linens is around $900.
